Stopped into the E Carmel Dr showroom and picked James Hardie colors in one visit. Crew replaced siding and gutters, sent daily photo updates, and kept the site clean. Written workmanship warranty and a final magnet sweep closed it out. Straightforward, fairly priced, excellent construction service, five stars.
